There are 2 conditions available:
Like New - this means in original pristine condition. It will have no dents, scuffs or scratches. Any signs of use should be very minor to the extent it’s very hard to see in normal light. Rated 9.5/10. Grade A.
Very good – this means in excellent original condition. It will have no dents but may have some light signs of use, usually limited to one of the sides or corner. Rated 8/10. Grade B.
